PAUL STEVENS:
Paul Stevens has played house music since 1986, this is the story...In 1983, aged 11 years old, Paul's parents emigrated to the south of Spain. 3 years later and Paul started to play once a week in local clubs, going on to become resident dj at a succession of clubs, notably M25 and Oh! Marbella and guesting at clubs along the coast for 4 years. Returning to the UK in 1990, now aged 18, Paul attended college playing at student union parties he both helped organise and book dj's for. Paul then took a BA HONS dual degree in international marketing and languages at Greenwich University in 1993, where he again played, organised and booked gigs in the Union. Furthermore, Paul created what was the first University DJ Society for up-and-coming student dj's. ......
ROWAN BLADES:
Rowan Blades is best known as half of the massively successful Breeder. Breeder's first two singles, 'The Chain' and 'Twilo Thunder', have sold in excess of 25,000 copies world-wide, having first come to prominence on Sasha's near-legendary 'Global Underground - San Francisco' compilation. 'Twilo Thunder' has since gone on to achieve great commercial success with lucrative licences to compilations from the Ministry of Sound and Euphoria 2, which have sold over 500,000 copies between them. Breeder's third, fourth and fifth tracks, 'Tyrantanic', 'Rockstone' and 'New York FM' have been showcased on Sasha and John Digweed's last 'Northern Exposure' Expeditions compilation, as well as on John Digweed's 'Global Underground - Hong Kong'. ......
